BOOKING POLICY

Design

Tattoos done by Jessica are custom pieces. A little extra time is included in each appointment in case minor changes need to be made. If you have a completely different design idea from what was originally discussed, you do need to contact Jessica through email at least 7 days prior. This may effect the time you are booked for and you may have to be rescheduled if there isn’t sufficient time.

Deposit/Payment

A non refundable $100 deposit is required to set up an appointment. If you are booking an all day session a non refundable $200 deposit is required. This goes towards the final price of the tattoo. It is not an extra fee. If you have a multiple session piece, your deposit will be applied to the final appointment. Deposits and final payments can be made with either Square (card reader) or cash.

Reschedule/Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, you must contact Jessica through email at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel, no show, or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. You will then have to put a new deposit down if you still wish to reschedule. You have up to 6 months to reschedule.

Appointment Day

If you have any questions prior to your appointment, feel free to email!

* You will see your design the day of your appointment
* Make sure that you come in for your appointment well-rested, hydrated,   and after a good meal
* BRING A VALID ID * (i.e. Driver’s License, State ID, Passport)
* Only clients are allowed in the studio. No friends, spouses, children etc.

There are 2 designated spots for De Alma Tattoo in the parking lot. There’s additional parking along the streets North Carolina Music Factory Blvd & Hamilton St. (You’ll see signs that say “No Parking 5pm-6am)
** Please arrive a little early so that you can find parking & the entrance door! **

Late Policy

You are given a 15 minute grace period. If you are going to be later, & you reach out to see if I can still take you - there will be a $25 late fee for the first 10 minutes after the grace period, and a $50 late fee for anything after that. I’m not always able to accommodate this, whether it’s due to having another appointment right after yours, or due to my own personal schedule/plans.
I come to appointments 30 minutes early to prepare & set up so that we are ready to go when you walk in. I have respect for your guys time, please have respect for mine.
